CANCELLATION POLICY: I require a full 24 hour notice for all cancellations/reschedules on all scheduled services. Clients canceling/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment will be automatically charged a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is not transferable. NO-SHOW POLICY: All no-shows will be automatically charged a 50% fee on scheduled appointments. All clients will be considered a no-show 10 minutes after scheduled appointment time. The 50% fee is not a credit to any rescheduled services, you will be charged regular price for all services rescheduled. ALL Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be REQUIRED on specific services booked. Deposits are transferable to your rescheduled appointment. PERMANENT MAKEUP POLICY: All cancelations without a 48hr notice will be automatically charged a 50% fee of all scheduled services NO EXCEPTIONS. All no shows will be automatically charged a 100% fee on all scheduled permanent makeup services NO EXCEPTIONS!
